How an ongoing beauty salon marketing partnership helped Mona Beauty attract new
customers, grow bookings and build a digital presence around the quality of its work.
Mona Beauty already had a loyal customer base, an experienced team and a strong local reputation. The opportunity was to help more people discover that quality online, understand the treatments available and move confidently towards a booking.
We began with the foundations: the website, tracking and booking journey. As the relationship developed, our role expanded into advertising, content, customer communication and practical support. Each improvement needed to serve the same business goal: helping the salon turn interest into lasting customer relationships.
A prospective customer rarely follows a straight line from seeing an advert to booking. They might discover a reel, search the salon, read reviews and return to the website days later. We worked across those touchpoints so each reinforced the same impression of Mona Beauty.
Google Ads and Meta campaigns supported discovery. Social content, photography and video helped people recognise the salon. Website and service-page improvements made treatments easier to explore, while email campaigns kept existing customers informed about launches, offers and appointment opportunities.
Behind that activity was ongoing planning, creative input and technical support. Connecting the channels meant a new treatment, seasonal campaign or important salon moment could be supported across the places customers already used.
When Mona introduced Korean Head Spa, we built a coordinated launch around the treatment. A dedicated website page explained the experience and provided a booking route. Email introduced it to existing customers, while social content showed what a visit involved and advertising helped new local audiences discover it.
The campaign gave people several ways into the same offer, from watching the treatment to reading about it and booking. It also established a useful approach for future launches: prepare the information, create the content and connect the promotion around one clear customer journey.
The Hidden Gem reel had a different purpose. It introduced the atmosphere inside Mona Beauty and encouraged people to explore the profile. We promoted it for profile visits and audience growth, giving the salon a wider audience for later content and offers.
The campaign recorded more than 432,000 views, reached over 112,000 people, generated more than 15,000 profile visits and brought over 1,800 new followers. Its value was the introduction it created: more people had seen the salon and could hear from the brand again.
Growth also depends on the customers who already know the salon. Newsletters now support treatment launches, seasonal promotions, gift cards and salon updates. We improved the online gift-card journey and helped create reasons to return or try something new.
Alongside that communication, we continued developing service pages, blog content, Google Business Profile information and review visibility. Regular website maintenance and booking improvements supported the everyday experience behind the campaigns.
The second full year of the partnership recorded higher sales, bookings, new-customer numbers and website activity than the year before active marketing began. The first year established a higher level of activity, and the second built on it.
That sustained change is more useful than a single strong month. The salon now has a connected set of marketing channels, customer communication and website support that can be developed as the business grows.
In 2026, Mona Beauty won Best Facial at the Scottish Hair & Beauty Awards. The recognition belonged to Mona and her team’s treatment quality and customer experience. Our role was to help share that achievement.
We supported the finalist campaign through the website, social media, email and promotional material, then brought the win into the salon’s wider brand presentation. It became another visible reason for prospective customers to feel confident about choosing Mona Beauty.
The partnership continues with the same focus: build on what works, keep the customer experience improving and support the salon’s next stage.
