How we brought a Scottish functional mushroom brand’s shop, story and customer experience together through WooCommerce, creative content and connected marketing support.
Celestica by Ray had a range of mushroom capsules and gummies, a personal founder’s story and an existing Squarespace shop. The next website needed to bring those elements together more clearly.
A visitor discovering the range might want to compare formats, read product information or learn about Rachela’s approach before buying. We shaped the project around those different starting points, connecting the shop with the brand story and useful supporting content.
We rebuilt the website in WordPress and WooCommerce. Product pages, bundles, customer accounts and subscription options became part of one coherent shopping experience.
The navigation connects the range with the brand story, Journal and supporting information. Visitors arriving with a product in mind can move directly to it, while those exploring the category have space to learn more.
The website launched in December 2025. WordPress training helped Rachela manage content, and support continued through updates, refinements and help with customer and subscription queries.
We developed a guided product-finder pop-up to give visitors another way to explore the range. A short series of questions leads to a product suggestion they can investigate further.
The finder complements the information on the product pages and introduces a more personal route through the shop. An optional newsletter signup also gives interested visitors a way to stay connected after exploring their recommendation.
The creative work extended into product imagery, campaign graphics, seasonal advertising and video. We kept the products recognisable while giving the brand several ways to introduce them.
The Journal created room for accessible articles, product-related questions and the founder’s perspective. Search reviews helped guide subjects to develop, while Meta campaigns and a Google Ads trial supplied further information about audience and product interest.
Website content, creative assets and advertising could now support the same campaigns. A product promotion had somewhere useful to lead, and an article could give the brand a reason to reconnect with its audience.
Launch newsletters and later emails introduced articles and seasonal offers, giving interested visitors reasons to return. Signup routes were included in the website, checkout and product finder.
We also set up a post-purchase review-request email. It gave the business a regular opportunity to gather customer feedback and add reassurance for future shoppers.
Together, the shop, content and customer communication gave Rachela a more complete platform for developing Celestica by Ray. Retailer research and outreach material supported her exploration of opportunities beyond the main shop.
