Who can I refer?
You can recommend Enigmatio to almost anyone who might benefit from what we do. That might be another business owner, a colleague, a friend starting a business, an existing company looking for a new website, or a business that needs branding, design, marketing, hosting or ongoing support.
They don’t need to be based in Scotland either. We’re a Scotland-based, fully remote digital agency, working with clients across the UK and internationally.

How much can I earn from a referral?

Your gift card is issued once the referred client’s qualifying project has been completed and paid for in full.
What happens if two people recommend the same client?
We’ll ask the new client who they’d like us to recognise as their referrer. If they prefer, we can split the reward between both referrers. For example, if the reward is £100 and two people are recognised equally, each would receive a £50 Enigmatio gift card.
Can I make more than one referral?
Absolutely. Each qualifying referral is treated separately.
Can I use more than one gift card?
If you’ve earned several referral rewards, get in touch before placing your next order and we’ll confirm how they can be applied to the work you’re planning.
Can I use the gift card for any Enigmatio service?
Yes. Referral gift cards can be used towards services provided by Enigmatio, including website work, hosting and maintenance, design, branding and digital marketing services.
Can I exchange the gift card for cash?
No. Enigmatio referral gift cards have no cash redemption value and can only be used towards Enigmatio services.
What counts as a qualifying project?
The referral programme is intended for genuine new business introduced to Enigmatio. The qualifying project value and referral reward will be confirmed when the new project is agreed.
What if the person already contacted Enigmatio before I referred them?
If the business was already actively discussing the same project with us before the referral was made, the programme would normally not apply.
Does the referral need to be based in the UK?
No. We’re based in Scotland, but we work remotely with businesses throughout the UK and internationally.

Introduce us and we’ll take it from there. If you know a business or someone who might benefit from working with Enigmatio, send us a referral. There’s no obligation for them to proceed and we’ll never pressure someone simply because they’ve been recommended to us.
